Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Please allow at least 3-4 weeks to receive your package!
Custom orders are generally shipped within 3-4 weeks (depending on current volume and turn-around time listed in our header) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with a tracking number, that will be provided to you via email. Packages are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. If your ship date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.
Packages are shipped by 5pm CST, please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update. During Holiday seasons please allow at least 48 hours for tracking to update, if your tracking has not updated within 48 hours contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Returned Packages (Return to Sender)
Orders will be shipped to the address provided exactly as entered at checkout. Packages that are returned to us due to failure to provide correct address or incomplete shipping address will be resent only after the new correct address is provided however shipping cost must be repaid through Cash-App or Website by the customer. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in automatic order cancellation, and your order will not be refunded as all orders are custom made and Final Sale, therefore they cannot be resold.
Lost packages
In the event that your package was shipped and you have received shipping confirmation, however your package was never received, you will need to contact USPS. USPS will be able to assist you in processing a claim for lost mail. Once the package is in their possession it is USPS responsibility to get your package to you, all packages are insured so you are entitled to a refund through the USPS. A claim will have to be filed by using the contact information listed below.
